Goumet Abu Dhabi Brunch

The last act of the Gourmet Abu Dhabi event has been a brunch at Hotel Fairmont Bab al Bahr where 10 of the hosting hotels joined with their teams and their own equipments to put in place a huge banquet with live cooking stations in every corner of the ballroom.
Hilton Abu Dhabi cannot miss this kind of events, so together with Chef Yvan (Executive Chef) and Chef Praveen (Executive Pastry Chef), we put together an amazing show cooking corner serving to hundreds delighted guests Parmigiano Panna Cotta with Wild Berries, Home Cured Air Dried Duck Breast with Artichoke and Pomegranate Salad, Farro della Garfagnana Soup, Crab Tortelli with Broccoli Sauce and Anchovy Butter and, in the carving station, a gorgeous Milk Fed Veal Rack slow cooked overnight.
