These are the first 10 best restaurants in the World as reported in the San Pellegrino Award classification.
The other 40 are 7 in France, 5 in Italy, 4 in USA, 3 in UK, 3 in Spain, 2 in Japan, 2 in the Netherlands, 2 in Germany, 2 in Switzerland, and 1 each in Mexico, Belgium, Austria, Australia, Singapore, Finland, South Africa, China, Peru, Russia.
It is interested to see that most of them are privately owned restaurants, than there is a bunch of starred Relais & Chateaux, few others private hotels and only "Aqua" and "Amber" are part of Ritz Carlton and Mandarin.
Sadly, no one outlet at Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt and all the other important chains are in the list of the best 50 even if these environments are well known for their effort in such kind of achievements.
