Every year in February there is an important culinary event in Abu Dhabi called "Gourmet Abu Dhabi".
Michelin starred chefs are invited and hosted in several hotels in town, they bring their cuisine and the guests can enjoy two weeks of outstanding performances.Hilton Abu Dhabi had the pleasure to be part of the event hosting Roberto Cerea Chef Patron of the Restaurant Da Vittorio*** in Brusaporto (Bergamo province).
...and I had the pleasure to assist him and his team (Mimmo, Mauro and Graziano) to achieve four successful nights at Bocca.
