Museum of the tomato

In Collecchio will open soon the "Museo del Pomodoro"

it will be the fourth Food Museum in the Parma Province

after the "Parmigiano Reggiano", "Prosciutto"

and "Salame di Felino"

The biggest district for the processing

of the fresh tomato is in Emilia - Romagna,

that's why the "red gold" has

found its perfect location.

There will be seven sections starting

from the arrive in Europe in the

6th century trought the tecnoligies,

packaging and all the steps

to bring on our tables this

delicious vegetable.
