Passion move the world even in the third millenium,
so the approach with our beautiful profession must be passionate and in the same time, knowing in advance that many satisfations will arrive, oh yes, will arrive!!!... only after years of hard and serious work with a continous search of perfection, quality and over all being honest.
... we don’t fill stomachs, but we must be able to change the normal day of our guests in an excellent one... with the most simple or with the most sofisticated dish.
